Pain Forum
The Pain Forum is a free, all-welcome event. It usually attracts a range of health professionals with an interest in chronic pain management. There is a late afternoon presentation from an invited speaker. This takes place over Zoom and lasts around an hour.

Feedback for study days
We have had some great feedback for our Study Days and have shared some key themes below.
On our ACT Study Days, many people finding the practical exercises and role play helpful. Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to meet other practitioners, share experiences and ask questions. The experiential nature of the training was useful, and our facilitators used a range of learning styles to ensure clarity.
On our Adolescent Study Day, attendees said the day was "very interesting and enlightening”, and the focus on experiential practice and the chance to explore their own thoughts, feelings and emotions. Participants noted the usefulness of an event focussed on paediatric pain and felt it was a good introduction to ACT, saying “it was an excellent overview of pain management for children and young people."
