Whilst it is always a good idea to attend your follow-up appointments, it is even more important to attend when you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are struggling with something in particular.<\/li>\n<li>Have noticed that you are not making progress and have remained in the same place for some time.<\/li>\n<li>Have noticed things are going very well and want to move towards something new.<\/li>\n<li>Feel that a contact with the team and a reminder of pain rehabilitation would be useful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" data-src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.bathcentreforpainservices.nhs.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/BCPS_Chronic_Pain_Programme_Completers_Resources.jpg?w=720\" alt=\"BCPS_Chronic_Pain_Programme_Completers_Resources\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"BCPS_Chronic_Pain_Programme_Completers_Resources\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" class=\"lazyload\" \/>\n<h3>\n\t\tBefore the Follow-Up\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>You will be sent confirmation of your follow-up. This will include the questionnaires that you will have completed before. It will also include a review sheet that you will need to complete and return to us before the appointment. This will help you focus on what you need to work on or would like to discuss during the appointment.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\tFollow up\n\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>You will attend a one hour remote follow-up appointment with a member of the clinical team where you will be able to tell us what has gone well and not so well since you attended your programme.
